Your gallery is private and shared only with you via a secure, direct link.
You are free to share this link with friends and family, but please do so at your discretion.
We do not share your gallery link or personal data (name, email, phone number) with third parties without your explicit consent.
3. How We Use Your Images
Prismika retains the copyright for all images.
We may use select images for promotional purposes (social media, portfolio, website, or print marketing), only if not explicitly restricted by you at the time of booking or in writing.

Your gallery remains active for 60 days from the shoot date.
After 60 days, it will be deactivated and your files archived.
We retain backup copies for 90 days, after which the data may be permanently deleted unless otherwise requested or agreed upon.

Our team is trained to handle client data with strict confidentiality.
