Terms of Service for Digital Gallery Access

Welcome to your personalized gallery from Prismika! We’re excited to share your precious moments with you. To ensure clarity and mutual respect, please take a moment to read the terms that apply to the use of your digital gallery.

1. Gallery Access

• Your digital gallery link will be shared securely via email or WhatsApp.

• The gallery will be accessible for upto 60 days from the shoot date. We recommend downloading your images promptly.

• Your gallery accessibility duration may vary based on your package.

• Please do not share your gallery link publicly to ensure privacy and safety.

2. Usage Rights

• All images are copyrighted and owned by Prismika.

• You are granted personal-use rights. This includes sharing with family and friends, and uploading to personal social media accounts.

3. Studio Rights

• Prismika reserves the right to use selected images from your shoot for promotional purposes, including portfolios, website, and social media, unless a specific written agreement for privacy is made.

• We always respect your comfort and image sensitivity—please let us know in advance if you’d prefer your images to remain private.

4. Image Download and Backup

• You are encouraged to download and back up your images as soon as possible.

• After 60 days, the gallery will be deactivated and archived. Reactivation or late retrieval may incur a service charge.

5. Gallery Support

• If you encounter any issues with access, downloads, or viewing, feel free to reach out to our support team at support@prismika.com.

• We aim to resolve all technical queries within 24 hours.
